Data We Collect
We collect the following information: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and birth details (date of birth, time of birth, place of birth) if you use Gemmie, our gemstone recommendation service.
How We Use Your Data
Your name, email, phone, and address are used to process and deliver your order, communicate with you about your order, and send you relevant updates (you may opt out at any time). Birth details provided to Gemmie are used solely to calculate your gemstone recommendation. We do not use birth details for any other purpose.
Birth Details: Special Category Data
Birth details are sensitive personal data. We treat them with the highest level of care. They are transmitted securely, used only for the gemstone recommendation calculation, and are not stored beyond the duration of your Gemmie session unless you have explicitly created an account and opted to save your profile.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data with service providers strictly necessary to operate our business: our payment processor (Razorpay), shipping partners (Blue Dart, DTDC), and email service (Resend). These parties are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

Data Retention
We retain order data for 7 years as required by Indian tax law. You may request deletion of non-order personal data at any time by emailing hello@jeevanratna.com.
