Free Shipping Across India
Jeevan Ratna offers free shipping on all orders within India. No minimum order value, no hidden charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days from dispatch. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During festivals or high-demand periods, this may extend slightly.
Courier Partners
We ship via Blue Dart and DTDC, India's most reliable courier networks. Your order is shipped in a tamper-evident sealed box with the MRP label printed on the outside.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp (+91 97626 31131). You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website.
International Shipping
We do not offer standard international shipping through the website. For international orders, please contact us on WhatsApp or at hello@jeevanratna.com for a manual quote. International orders are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the destination country's customs regulations.
Packaging
Every gemstone is shipped in premium, tamper-evident sealed packaging with the MRP label printed on the box. The original certificate is included inside the box. This packaging is suitable for gifting.
Undeliverable Orders
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, not available to receive, etc.), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
